WALL-MOUNTING INFORMATION
When using the products as wall-mounted frames, select hooks, screws, anchors, or mounting accessories suitable for your wall type and the weight of each piece.
Ensure that the mounting points are level and securely fixed before displaying the frames.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the glass and brass surfaces gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, polishing compounds, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture.
Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the glass or metal frame. Apply a small amount to the cloth first.
PACKAGING AND DAMAGE PROTECTION
Because this set includes two handcrafted glass pieces, each tray is individually protected and securely packaged for shipping.
In the rare event that either item arrives broken or damaged during transportation, please contact us with photographs of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement after reviewing the damage.
