Clean the glass and brass surfaces gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, polishing compounds, and harsh chemicals.

Because these products are made from glass, every order is carefully protected and securely packaged for shipping.
In the rare event that any frame arrives broken or damaged during transportation, please contact us with photographs of the product and packaging. We will provide a free replacement after reviewing the damage.
